Vayu Aerial Yoga®

In the VAYU system, the use of the swing and gravity as a tool creates either support or tension that allows every student, from beginner to advanced, to feel deep sensations and connections in their body that would otherwise take longer on the floor. 

Stretches and un-glues the whole body, fascially, 
Feels like an internal massage.  

Creates space in the joints with integrity, 
allowing mobility and freedom in the movement. 

Decompresses the spine, 
creating a feeling of space and length.

Increases body awareness, 
self-knowledge and trust in our body. 

Accesses and resets the nervous system, 
bringing a feeling of relaxation and calm

Works the whole body, strengthening and stretching in an isometric way, helps develop and work proprioception. 

GYROKINESIS®

Originally called Yoga for Dancers"the GYROKINESIS® method is an exercise system that holistically addresses the entire body, awakening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing the range of motion and creating functional, supple strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.


Gentle, yet invigoratingly challenging, GYROKINESIS® stimulates the aerobic and cardiovascular systems, elongates the musculature, and is especially supportive for restoring healthy alignment of the spine. 


Exercises are smoothly and harmoniously connected through the use of breath, making the follow-along class feel more like a combination of dance, swimming, gymnastics, and tai-chi than traditional yoga.

Aerial Dance

After 20 years of performing , teaching and researching in the air, Ana Prada’s approach to Aerial dance is truly unique.  
She works aerial technique , applying principles of mobility of the spine, opposition and breath, as well as bringing somatic awareness to be able to tap and move from a place of real connection.  
She teaches and provides tools to her students, so they are able to explore and find their own authentic movement. Her technique is called “Hanging with Awareness”.
Her work is very much inspired by nature and aims to create a balance and sustainable Aerial dance practice. 

Ana offers,  private sessions,   group classes  as well as  Aerial  Dance Retreats.
