Connecting, Sharing and Moving in times of lockdown

Hello,

I hope you are well, staying healthy mentally and physically and taking care of yourselves and loved ones, in this very interesting historic time, we are living. I feel we are truly lucky to have a movement practice in this times and it’s a blessing, to be able to share it with people. 

I feel the work we do with VAYU can be very useful right now, especially the therapeutic part, as we can access and calm the nervous system, this it’s a tool of great value right now and I feel it can help you, and maybe you can help others, partners, parents, kids by sharing it with them.  

I’m offering a free 90 minute class to all of you VAYU Teachers, Wednesday the 15th of April at 10am, Costa Rica time.  

In this class I will show some sequences on the low swing, some of you might be familiar or maybe it will be part of the update for you. I realize, that might be hard to have access to a swing right now, but I wanted to offer that anyway. 

I want to also proposed a teachers class once a week, where I will go thru specific topic:
  1. opening and creating space in the hips, 
  2. shoulders and arms and the fascial connection to the midline  
  3. connecting the liquid core, finding the legs 
If you are interested in these series let me know, I will try to find a schedule that can work for different times zones and my idea is to do a 2 hour class for each of these series. Also I will recorded it and you will have the link for later review and in case you can not attend live. As all these online teachings are new, I feel we will all learn as we go and you can send me questions or suggestions of things you will like to work on, or revise.  
 
The suggested price for these it’s $20 USD but if it’s out of your budget at this time, please let me know.

Aerial Dance Class 
For those of you Aerial dancers, I will have as well as Aerial dance Class, it will be mostly low stuff, “Hanging with Awareness," working with the principles of connection and mobility. 

Gyrokinesis 90 minutes class  
Tuesday and Thursdays at 9am 
Saturdays at 5pm

All of the classes will be on ZOOM and the times are Costa Rica time zone.

As we are very limited still, from traveling, I will be here in the jungle , so I will keep teaching online.
