VAYU Immersion Retreat in one of Costa Rica's most breathtaking locations.

Surrounded by lush jungle and expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, this immersive experience offers the ideal environment to slow down, reconnect, and explore the VAYU Aerial Yoga System in depth.

Designed as a 20-hour intensive, this pre-training is open to anyone curious about movement, body awareness, and the VAYU approach. Whether you're considering the full teacher training or simply wish to deepen your personal practice, this course offers a rich kinesthetic and somatic experience while introducing the foundations and philosophy of the VAYU system.

VAYU Aerial Yoga invites us to connect inward through fluid, organic movement. Beginning from the pelvis—the body's center—we create space by gently releasing layers of tension, awakening body awareness, and supporting the regulation of the nervous system. Using breath and the support of the fabric, we access the body's fascial network, encouraging greater mobility, freedom, and ease before engaging muscular strength. This creates a body that is more integrated, structurally supported, and energetically open.

Throughout these five days, you'll experience how gravity, breath, and the fabric become partners in movement, helping you cultivate a deeper connection to yourself while discovering the pleasure, lightness, and intelligence of moving from within.

This all-inclusive retreat includes:

20 hours of VAYU Aerial Yoga training
Four nights of accommodation (shared or private options available)
Three nourishing meals daily and healthy snacks.
A peaceful natural setting designed to support rest, learning, and transformation

9 Days , 5 hours per day (1 day off)

Open to any Pre-Training attendees

In the VAYU teacher training we will keep working in the same principles as in the Pre-training:

Breath, connection and working the body as we move into standing connecting sequences, mid level, backbends and inversions. Always with the same care for the body, respecting and understanding alignment, breath, allowing the body to open and connect.

We will practice hands on adjustments, observing different bodies, to be able to see postural patterns and practice cueing and guidance through the sequences.

Montezuma

Montezuma it’s a beautiful bohemian town, in the pacific coast of Costa Rica, nestled in the jungle. Rivers, waterfalls, the ocean everything you need to relax and connect to yourself and dive deep into the work of VAYU.
