Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vayu Aerial Yoga, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs, live instruction, and products. Because of the nature of our offerings, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.
On-Demand Courses & Digital Content
All purchases of on-demand courses, videos, digital educational materials, downloads, and other digital content are final and non-refundable.
Because access to digital content may be provided immediately following purchase, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once an order has been completed.
We encourage you to review the course description, content, prerequisites, and other information provided on the applicable course page before purchasing.
Live Classes, Workshops & Trainings
Registration fees for live classes, workshops, courses, and trainings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, the amount paid may be retained as a credit toward a future offering of the same course, subject to availability.
Credits:
- Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund;
- Are non-transferable unless approved by Vayu Aerial Yoga;
- May be applied only toward a future eligible course date; and
- Are subject to course availability and scheduling.
Vayu Aerial Yoga does not guarantee that a particular course will be offered on a specific date or at a specific location.
Physical Products
All physical product sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, ordering the incorrect item, or no longer needing the product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
Please retain the product, original packaging, and photographs of any damage, as these may be required to process a claim.
Course or Event Changes by Vayu Aerial Yoga
Vayu Aerial Yoga reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel a live class, workshop, or training when necessary.
If Vayu cancels a course and does not provide a suitable rescheduled date, participants will receive a credit toward a future Vayu Aerial Yoga course or program.
Except where required by law, no cash refunds will be issued.
Vayu Aerial Yoga is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, or other expenses incurred in connection with attendance at a course, workshop, or training.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of Vayu Aerial Yoga and does not create an obligation to make the same or similar exception in the future.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
